Man, that's a tough one.....got to find someone with some old, unused cans. Most likely, you're going to have to spring for a retro kit.....so the new refrigerant will be compatible.

WELL, you're going to need quite a lot of specialty tools, etc. I'm a journeyman mechanic....and I would have to go out and buy'em. It's alot less frustrating all around....to have someone RESPONSIBLY CERTIFIED...to do it for you. Best of luck.

What is the ac pressure specs for a 94' Isuzu Pickup? I need to recharge.

in what country?, welcome to the www.
nobody can guess that..
in the USA< we dont have Isuzu dealers they are GONE.
used on EBAY
google all day.
or
here (USA)
http://www.isuzu.com/owners_service.jsp

first goggle hit, plain text search.

more facts. some cars have more Freon.
due to having aftermarket hoses, longer or more I.D.
the volume varies, as will pressure at any volume.
the solution to finding this is testing.
and the top way to do this is get it all out first then put in all R134
or duracool 12.
then work from facts.

That is battery not charging and traction control failure on saab 93 tid

Hi there:First I suggest recharge battery, start car, check voltage across battery should be around 14.5, if not alternators gone.
Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using FixYa, have a nice day.

I need a replacement for the original battery on my 2004 Saab 9.3 that is dead. What are your suggestions for the highest quality replacement battery??

Why bother?
You got 6 years out of the old one, and it was probably abused sitting around a lot while being shipped, waiting to be picked up, etc. A Saab does not have a hard starting engine, so there is hardly any need for anything special. And if you spend twice as much, it is not going to last twice as long. If you have no shorts and a good alternator, a normal battery is fine.

However, is you are determined to have the best, I believe that is an Optima. Costs about $150, and is a sealed gelcell battery that won't give off explosive or corrosive gases. Allows much deeper cycling and quicker recharge as well. Easy on the alternator.

Saab 9-5 air conditioner is out

Totally depends what is wrong. If it simply a leak somewhere, it could cost under $200: find the leak, replace the hose or fitting, done. If the A/C compressor has gone bad, it could be around $1200: new compressor, accumulator, labor to install.

Good Luck!
