Hi I'm not to clued up on 2004 silverado 1500 LT crew cab, obviously you'll check the fuse box & even replace the fuse wouldn't hurt giving it a try. Also try checking the electric motor for the seat. No cables lose or broken? Nothing jamming the seat? Is there any sound at all coming from the area where all the electrics are under the seat? Can you hear a motor straining?Just a few thoughts. Good luck

My 2004 chevy silverado heated seats will turn off automatically after 3 seconds of use. What is wrong and how do I fix it?

you are sitting on a toaster, note how a toaster shuts itself off and kicks the toast out. same type of circuit protects the seat's toaster from running all the time, burning the seat and occupant, and keeping the nichrome wire from burning itself through during warranty period. the equivalent to the toast darkness control is bad and needs to be replaced. be it called a thermostat or circuit breaker, most likely the seat will have to be pulled out and that part replaced.

Heated, power seats not working

Check wiring under the seat. Frequent habit of pushing things under the seat such as flashlights and tools etc and moving the seat forward and back sometimes pulls wires or breaks them.
