The fuse that supplies power for the wiper system is located in the fuse panel under the hood in front of the battery (see picture below). Also below is a diagram of the fuse layout. The fuse you want to check is the fuse in the number 2 position. I hope this helps.

Get your hands on a scan tool and erase the codes u find.sometimes there's an interruption in the headlight circuit and a code will be set.erasing it will reset the headlights

YOU HAVE TO REMOVE COWL GRILLE COVER, REACH THROUGH THE ACCESS HOLE AND REMOVE THE CONNECTING LINK FROM THE DRIVE LINK,AND THE PIVOT PINS BY PRYING THE BUSHING APART. REMOVE THE CONNECTING LINK THROUGH THE ACCESS HOLE. USE SLIP JOINT PLIERS TO SNAP THE LINKS AND PINS TOGETHER. HOPE THIS HELPS.

SOURCE: why does my dodge ram keep blowing wiper fuse

sounds like you may have a wire shorting out,a bare wire with dc power running through it touching a metal surface causing the fuse to blow.

The windshield wipers on my 2007 dodge magnum will not turn off even if the car is not running unless I take fuse out, how can I possibly get the problem resolved

I switched the two relays under the power center cover, the intermittent relay and the power relay for the wipers and it fixed the problem. I guess the relay must have stuck to the closed side causing the wipers to have constant power if its not the relays then its the multi function switch replace relays first
