Changed spark plugs less than a year ago, oil change and new air filter a week ago. Check engine light is on, but was on before problem started. Has 90,000 miles.
If you run with a check engine light on then you are looking for big dollars for repairs.. The light is there to tell you to have the fault codes read so that repairs can be kept to a minimum. So run the fault codes and find the fault .

My son has this same car with the same problem. So far after tune up and other process of illimination, the problem points to the catalytic converter. If it is clogged you will get this problem with the rough idle and stalling. Look under the car at night after running it and see if the catalytic glows red. If so you need a new one. Hope this helps.
SOURCE: rough idle after warm up
I'd take a look at the temp sender...the engines computer may be
"thinking" the engine is still cold when it's not. That would cause it
run rich (and rough) after it's warmed up. Generally the sender can be
tested with an ordinary volt/ohmeter but you will need the
specifications available in most inexpensive manuals. As with any
complicated electronics system, I can only give you my best guess,
without the luxury of doing any hands-on testing myself.
Good Luck!!

I took it into autozone and was told that there may be a fuel pressure leak or fuel pressure problem or the gas cap may need to be replaced. Then the interior panel read that the gas cap
gas cap message so I bought a new gas cap and the check engine went off for a few months and then came back on.
