Question about 1976 Cadillac Eldorado
500 cu. inch EFI. car has spark. could the 10 amp in line fuse be blown? it is supposed to be located near the ECU. i tried to see if any power was getting to the primary pump. i don't think it is getting power. if not the problem, should i try the primary fuel pump and then the booster pump in the tank?
I have had the same problem, the relays inside the ECU are weak when the pump is worn, need to be replaced or used as a steering-signal for an external relay for fuel pumpS, there are two pumps. Also the MAP sensor probably are dried out and need to be replaced, its the small box with the black air hose to it.
