Check for a vacuum in the fuel tank that is preventing the pump from moving fuel through the system. Air should not flow freely through the manifold as there is a regulator in the system that maintains the fuel pressure for the injectors. It should stay shut for a pressure of around 50 psi before it allows the air to flow out
Testimonial: "fuel is getting to the fpr but not passing through it my old one wasn't working and my old filter was clogged causing restriction which could blow out the pump but before I do the pump again is there something else I missed I have 12v on relay and the fuel pump bypass doesn't work either."

The next step is checking all wires make sure all connctores are connected and that wirs are in good shape then if all is well there then i would try chaning the camshaft postion sensor.
SOURCE: Fuel filter and pump location
The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank while the filter is located in the hood close to the panel.
Testimonial: "Good info but what panel does he mean? "

usual problem ,valves in injector worn for the fuel pump.easy quick fix this one ,fit a non return valve in the inlet pipe, check flow direction on valve when fitting and evan better as well is another in the bleed off return pipe .valves available from a motor factor or a specialist garage like bosch or lucas ,cut pipe and fit the valve with a piece of rubber pipe to connect the valve in line.or listen to the people who want to milk the golden cow and have the whole injector pump overhauled .
