Time for a fuel pump, but make sure chg. fuel filter and do a fuel pressure test. Thats the only sure way of knowing if its the pump is by the test.

What would make a not start unless I pour gas into intake

Hi Clyde:
Since you mention "gas rail" I'm assuming fuel injected.
I'd check the fuel pressure in the rail. Should be around 40 PSI.
If pressure is OK then injectors not working. Time to check cps.
You know the spark side is OK since it will run.

Fuel in filter and start pouring gas in carb, but won't stay running

Make and Model, year of vehicle?
I'm assuming the vehicle won't run unless you pour gas into the intake. If the vehicle will start and run while manually feeding gas to the engine, you can rule out spark and timing issues. Usual suspects in fuel system are dead fuel pump (electrical or mechanical?) clogged delivery system ( fuel line, filter, injector or jet) or intake leak (bad gasket or seal, vacuum leak, stuck valve). 25310438-za4bqvjhdrn3arnyccyp5xaz-5-0.jpg

Now it starts but wont stay running unless i pour gas down the intake. if i do that, it will run as long as i am pouring gas down intake, as soon as i stop it stops running. getting fuel up to throttl

Year make and model ? The injectors will open with zero pressure.
They use a magnetic valve. You should have voltage on one side and ground on the other when they are working.

I own a 2002 isuzu axiom, while mu suv was running my brother unplugged the harness from the TPS immediately after it stalled now it wont start back up..replaced the TPS but still wont start after...

Try spraying some ether into the air intake, then try to start. If it starts then dies, it is running off the ether and you have a fuel delivery problem. If the vehicle still won't start after trying a couple of times with ether, you are most likely having an ignition related problem.
Let us know what you find. Good luck.

93 geo tracker will turn over but wont start unless you pour gas in intake then will continue to run until you kill it. will not start back unless you pour more gas in intake.

Sounds like something is letting the fuel pressure bleed off after the motor is turned off. Can you monitor the pressure? (Requires adapters and gauge.) Trouble shooting will be a little different between the 8 valve or 16 valve motors. (The fuel injecton systems are different.) You might want to go to a Suzuki Forum. (Your Tracker is a rebadged Suzuki.)

It wont start unless I put gas in the carb and it will stay running unless I press the gas then it will die. I let it run for twenty minutes then put it in drive and it died immediately

First, a 1998 Chevrolet Blazer is not equipped with a carburetor - it is equipped with Sequential Electronic Fuel Injection (SEFI). Second, if it is running (or not running) like you say it is, there are probably fault codes stored in the Engine Control Module that will lead you to the proper solution. If the Check Engine light is on while the engine is running, this would be the first clue.

With all that said, it sounds like you have a serious fuel pressure problem. The fuel pressure should be measured with a fuel pressure gauge and diagnosed/repaired accordingly. Pouring fuel in the throttle body can cause serious damage to your engine as it may cause carbon deposits inside the intake plenum to break loose and get caught in the valves. It may also cause damage to the catalytic converter.

I have fuel pressure to my injection unit and spark, ive replaced my fuel pump, filter. nothin. it cranks but no start unless i pour fuel into my intake, it starts runs then dies.

If the fuel is poured into the intake and it starts and dies, then it tells me that the fuel injectors may not be firing. This is controlled by the computer.

Do the injectors click when a stethoscope is placed on the injector?

94 Toyota Camry 2.2 liter Start problem

Rule 1 ....WD40 is non-flammable. It used to be an effective starter spray for diesels. Unfortunately it now contains a fire retardant to prevent the rev you were looking for wont arrive.
It does work well with easy-start/ether though.
I suspect you found a vacuum leak and sucked WD40 into the intake....If u think u did you'll need to clean your plugs.
A strobe lamp to check the spark would be a good idea. Also if a lil squirt (VERY LITTLE) of easy start doesnt produce at least a backfire, your spark is out.
