Question about 2006 Ford F-150
Ford 2006 F150 5.4L transmission fluid. Book says there should be 13.9 quarts of transmission fluid. When drained there is aprox. 3-4 quarts. Anyone have the capacity for this transmission.
You must have just drained the pan? There is much more held in the converter. The one I am rebuilding this week is an 05 and doesn't have a drain plug on it (not many do anymore). A flush is the only way to change it all out. 13.9qts sounds like the total amount if the trans was completely empty, converter and all
