The engine will not start and is not getting fuel to the injectors

I have a 2002 Jetta TDI, the car was running fine until it was turned off and now will not start. The engine is not getting fuel to the injectors, I change the fuel filter and tried bleeding the injectors but there is no fuel being delivered. I also disonnect the lines on the engine side of the fuel pump and turned on with no fuel coming out. How do you check the fuel pump and is there a relay to check also?

You may need to replace the fuel pump or the relay

Engine turns over will not start

I will fist need to know if engine just died, this happened over night it ran out of fuel? it it ran out of fuel you will need to prime the fuel system of air witch may include loosening the fuel injector lines and cranking engine over then when engine starts to fire tighten lines and continue to try until it starts it will run rough and smoke white and then it will clear and be back to normal. it can also be a bad lift/fuel pump or a cracked or broken line, bad injection pump many things just need more info message me if any more questions thanks and good luck

Could be the filter or carbon build up, which is common on the mk4 1.9 tdi's. These engines need to be driven 'briskly' to stop low quality NA diesel fuel from cloggin up the engine.

Will not start in cold weather. Starts great if temperature is above 20 degrees. New battery and no problem found by mechanic.

There is a 5th injector called the cold start injector, that is electrically controlled off the starter. You can easily unscrew it while still attached to hoses and wires, and watch it squirt. You can also verify it is getting voltage with a test light or meter. There is also a thermal timer for it that could be bad and preventing current from the starter.

If you're car has been running fine, then suddenly won't start, the cause is frequently that the fuel pump cutoff has been tripped. Open your trunk, and look for a label for a fuel pump cutoff switch. Locate the switch, press it in, and see if the engine will start.

2003 Jetta TDI Turns but does not start

If it starts when pulled by other vehicle then Glow Plugs. othervise check the Ignition Key Contacts, might be worn out.

I neither of those then give me some more information. What exactly engine it is, maybe u know engine code.

when you checked the fuel line fuel flowed when u tried to start the engine while the fuel line was disconnected from intake? have you checked the injectors? are they spraying fine or there's no command.
