Question about 1993 Plymouth Voyager
You have a abs fault considering the year I of the van I would remove abs fuse or unplug the moduale to disaable it. the humming that you are hearing is the abs dumping pressure due to a false reading from one of the sensors or the moduale if you want to spend the money to make the abs work you will have to take it to a shop and have them hook up a computer to retreive the codes to diagnois the problem. keep in mind that with the abs dissabled the wheels will lock up when braking hard or slick roads let me know how you make out
