You have good fuel pressue but do you have enough volume? when was the last time the fuel filter was replaced? and remember this if you replaced the injectors did you replace as a set? oem injectors have a 1 to 2 % veriation aftermarket can have 45% veriation so always replace as a set and get a good set. or you can have driveability problems. but do the fuel filter first and it is a service item which should be changed and this sounds like a fuel filter issue. if this fails to fix it first you can have a shop test the fuel pump with a scope to check the wave pattern and check both press and vol. second on a scanner you can look at live data and check the mass air , tps , o2's the o2's should be going above 500 and below 500 switching from rich to lean , the tps check % on live data they are 0 to 100% , these items also can be checked by a volt meter for resistance a shop would know the values of each. start with the fuel filter then rule out each sensor. proccess of elimination if you do it your self google all info and diagrams you can and take your time rule out each one you will find the problem . one other thing to do is when the engine is cold start it up and spray the intake with brake cleaner listen for changes in rpm to rule out any leak from intake otr vacuum lines ect. this is a always passed over thing .

2005 Volvo S40 2.4I, Just bought this car used, and didn't hear this sound before. Car has a high pitched whirring sound. It gets louder as I accelerate. What could be the problem?

My S40 T5 makes a whirring sound due to the turbo but.... I did have an issue with the right front hub bearing. Lots of road noise while driving and it got louder as I accelerated. $215 dollars for the part.

2001 volvo s40 cyl 2 misfire how do i repair?

Do a Compression Test, do a VISUAL INSPECTION of the Spark Plugs. If there is a COLOR DIFFERENCE and / or the Spark plugs on Cylinder 1 and 2 are CLEAN. you have a blown head gasket.

I have done so many of these 1.9 liter Turbo's with this same Problem that I can no longer count...

Getting codes P0341, p0300, p0301, p0302, p0303

P0300 is multiple misfire. The corrective action for this code would be to test your fuel pressure and the injectors. P0301, P0302, P0303 is saying in certain cylinders there is a misfire. There are two different engines so I wasn't sure which one you have and couldn't give you the correct testing procedures for the coils. P0341 is saying the camshaft position sensor readings are bad. Again I am unable to give you the correct tests to check this due to not knowing your engine size. Feel free to email me at csautomotivecars@att.net with detailed information about your vehicle and I will be happy to email you the testing procedures to narrow down the problem and help you solve it.

P0302,P0303,P0304;P0300 and P1399 found by the code reader on my honda CRV 2001 model.what those are means?

From www.hondasuv.com:

The P1399 random misfire along with one or more of these codes: P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304 -- indicates a problem with the valves. The B20 engines in the 1997-2001 CR-Vs are known to have problems with valves tightening and then 'burning'.

So the first question is when was the last time you adjusted the valves? If you don't know or never have, then have them adjusted. Soon...

Abs ligth an breake turn on, the break fluid is Ok level up, the car is VOLVO S40 2002 1.9 Turbo, the car breake ok. what i do?

Very common problem on Volvo , ABS module is bad.
This is not effecting the brake system , meaning you'll still have normal brake operation , but on slippery road Anti Lock System won't work.
That system prevent wheels to be locked up by driver and prevent car going into spin.

2001 Volvo S40 1.9T - oil leaking into turbo

It's very common for the turbo return line seal to leak. That is what I would check first, when it leaks, it will spray oil all over the turbo lines and the rear of the engine.
