Jack up the drivers side and give the front wheel a spin and listen for noise possibly a wheel bearing or a brake worn out

Changed front brake pads and still has a grinding sound and vibration

This is why in North America they always change pads and rotors at the same time. Have you hit a kerb in bad weather? The grinding sound may be bad wheel bearings or CV Joints. Jack the front of the vehicle up and spin the wheels. Put a piece of polythene pipe in your ear and use it to pinpoint where the grinding noise is coming from. It looks odd, but it works.

I have a clunking noise ciming from transmition/ transfer case when accelerating.

This may be in the transfer case or transmission, the best thing is to have a transmission shop look at it before something lets go and shoots out of the case, from what you wrote it sounds internal, being at a stop and having this vibration tells me internal,

I hear a loud grinding noise when i drive my car

Check front tyres & wheel bearings espesially the R/H/F. Feel tyre for high / low spots on inside & jack up & spin wheel if you get noise while jacked up it is not the tyres but wheel bearing or brake pads but more than likly a crook bearing by the sound of it. It needs to be tended to ASAP

Check your wheel berrings by jacking up the frount of the car up until the wheels are off of the ground and then see if the tire wiggles around if it does the berring is shot if the tire is solid then the berring should be fine

Noise from rear-end on jeep chrokee

Hey Dennis,
Have you checked the lube level in the read differential? If its good, you have a wheel bearing going bad. To replace it, you will need to remove the axle.. This is not a hard fix, but you have to have the ALL the tools and you MUST put the rear end up on jack stands..DO NOT use a jack to hold the rear end up.. IF you are not very mechanically inclined, please take this to a qualified professional..

Makes a grinding noise in the front end when going around a left turn could a cv joint make this noise?

yes, but a bad wheel bearing could also make this noise, jack the car up and see if theres any play in the wheel, best thing is to put on a lift so it can be pinpointed, hope this helps.

Grinding noise front end.

I say it's the CV joints. You have to jack up under the lower A-Arm, to take the spring pressure off of it, to check them.

(Use jack stands, and wheel chocks behind the rear tires. Emergency brake On. Work on a hard level surface. Be SAFE! Trucks can be replaced, YOU cannot!)
