Its more than likely a fuse. radio and clock are on the same fuse.
but not sure think that the blower is on a different fuse.best way is check them all.

SOURCE: Heater Blower Motor

Remove the glovebox door, and the under dash cover/trim panel.

Look behind where the glove box was, you will see the heater box

At the bottom of this box, there is a round plate with a wiring connector and 3 screws holding this plate to the heater box.

This plate is the bottom of the heater fan assembly; remove the connector, and the 3 screws. The fan motor will drop staright down. Real easy to do.

The heater fan motor can not be installed wrong; thee are locater tabs that preven this, and, the wire connector is just long enough to make it fit right. Thak you for allowing me to provide additional assistance, the graciousness of a FixYa woul be much appreciated.

SOURCE: oem clock for a 86 toyota pickup,

if you look in the dash where the clock goes, you will find the 4 pin plug for the clock taped off to the side with blue tape- they all had wiring for the clock, regardless of wether or not they were actually equipped with them.

Heater will not work

Hey Toyota Ed.

My problem solved itself. After driving the car a few times, with several re-starts of the engine, suddenly everything worked. This does not lend to a confident driver, because at anytime it can happen again, but for now I can't fix what isn't broken. Thanks for the offer of help, anyway.
