Question about 2002 Chrysler Town & Country
I have an 02 T&C and the a/c is blow ing hot I have added 2 small cans of r-134a don't have the gage to check but I can get one I do heat and cooling for a living. The comp kicks on and accepted the refrigerant but the temp won't change. The cooling fans weren't working but I found one has a burnt fuse and one fan has bad bearings can this lead to a/c issues? I will be replacing a fan on tuesday. The check engine light is on and I can't get to auto parts without the fans????? Probably to much info but hope we can get it fixed on my own. Thanks in advance Zac only blows hot air has been recharged and hold fine... any suggestions?
You need a gauge to check the pressure in the compressor. i believe it is around 40 psi. the large cans at parts stores are about 24.00 and have a reusable gauge set. may also be dirty a-coil??/ hope this helps.
