Blue smoke but no lights on the problem

I have a 2000 buick lesabre, light on dash states service engine soon, i took it to the garage they said there's nothing wrong. there's must be something wrong or the light wouldn't be on can you tell me what would cause this kaltery My service engine light is on and I was told the 02 sensor is bad. My service engine soon light is also on, but goes off when I start the car. However, when the car is started, sometimes it starts rough and puts out a tiny cloud of blue smoke.

Blue smoke on startup is generally from worn valve guides or bad stem seals on same (not really terrible as long as it stays the same) It will run rough for a minute 'till the oil in the cylinders is cleared out. Service engine light is pretty much on its own timer and does not mean anything but it's there to annoy you into going to the dealer. If O2 sensor was bad, it would eventually put the red check engine light on.

I bought this car a week ago. (A 2001 buick lesabre limited). I drove it home and haven't gotten it insured yet so for the past week while I was on vacation I parked it in my garage and shut it so it would...

Lets start at the beginning. Have you checked the oil and coolant to make sure they are full ? Did it leak anything on the garage floor while it was parked ?
You could have oil or power steering fluid leaking onto the exhaust pipe which would cause a great deal of smoke.
And on most cars the check engine light will be on until the engine starts. If it stays on after the engine is running, you have trouble codes stored in the computer.

How to reset Service Engine Soon light after replacing gas cap? Took to AutoZone when the Service Engine Soon light came on Error code P0440.

Disconnect the negative battery cable for 30 minutes. Reconnect after and the code will clear. However if the problem persists, the code will come back with in 20 miles or 30 minutes.

94 buick lesabre starts ,runs ,then when shut off will not start

If the service engine light is on, it could be a faulty sensor or anything electronical with the car. It may even be something non noticeable. The only way to check exact problem is to run error codes.

My 2000 buick lesabre hesitates when i hit the gas

You need to get the computer scanned to see what the "trouble code" is. The light is on because the computer found an error.

I have a 2000 buick lesabre. The fix engine soon

It NEVER was the camshaft sensor! Unless, you've removed the engine lately, which I doubt.
RUN to Advance Auto Parts and buy a can of "SeaFoam" and add to your gas tank per instructions...drive at least 100 miles and the problem should go away...IF it doesn't you'll have to replace the O2 sensors in the exhaust system...Any good mechanic should be able to do this for much less $$ than the dealership DO NOT go to the dealer for repairs!
Good Luck

There is something wrong, they may not have had the correct equipment for your car. Even if they had the right scanner and it said nothing....means there is something wrong if the light is on. The computer doesn't put that light on for fun. I would try somewhere else, a lot of auto parts stores will check it for free.
