If it's that high you either have a bad pressure cycling switch on the acumulator, a blocked orifice tube, or more likely a bad compressor. Try the switch first

AC compressor won't turn on by itself.

I would check the low pressure switch next. The switch cuts power to the compressor if the pressure is too low. The switch can fail.
Same goes for the high pressure safety switch.
As for leaving the relay bypassed, you would need to use a test light or meter to see if you are using battery power with the key off. I would not recommend it.

A/c blowing hot air

Low side pressure should be 28-32 PSI, you have a big problem here, possible expansion valve issue.

A/C front is blowing warmer than rear air. A/C blows cooler at approx 1500 RPM but blows hot at idle. Checked low side pressure of 75psig. Not sure if this is a compressor problem??

As a mechanic, the first thing I would do is find out what the high and low pressure readings are at idle and at 1500 RPM.
Could be a blockage in one of the lines, or a blend door problem, or lack of air flow thru the radiator among other things.

Air Conditioner Not Functioning

It may still be low on freon. It can hold several cans.
High side should be around 250psi and low around 35 or 45psi at idle if system is charged.
If you raise engine speed the low can drop below 20psi and switch off the compressor if the system is low on freon.
Could be a restriction in the system, bad relay, or bad a/c compressor-clutch.

The compressor is working but the ac is still blowing hot air what's the problem

even if the compressor is turning doesn't mean the compressor is good. You need to have someone put a set of gages on your system to see what the pressures are on the high side and the low side. This will give you an idea what your problem is.

just some suggestons.check freon make sure its got enough.make sure wire conn.is good on compressor.it does have a pressure censor on the low pressure side.located on the line u put freon in.on most cars.or u might have a bad thermostat.some ideals to start at.

My air condition is not blowing cold air

best diagnostic method is dual head gauges. balanced pressure between low and high side in the off position is aroung 90 lbs. running low pressure is 20-40 lbs and high pressure 160-200, is the compressior not coming on? does it stay on, or click on and off. either might mean the freon level is low. try unplugging the low pressure switch on the low side supply line and shorting the pigtail wires together with a paper clip. does the compressor stay on now? if so and the air is warm or cool, freon is low. if the air is cold that switch is bad. if compressor still won't come on the list of possibilities grows longer: compressor, comp fan clutch, AC relay, restriction at several places... repair shop time...

Have you checked the low side and high side pressures? The compressor might be bad. Does one line to the compressor get cold and the line coming out get hot?

A?C BLOWING HOT AIR

Make sure your system is fully charged with r134. The low pressure switch won't allow it to activate if there isn't enough in it.
