Si no tiene la targeta que contiene el codigo que vino con el carro, hay que sacar el radio para encontar el numero serial que esta imprimido atras. El radio tiene tornios de copa de cinco lados debajo de las puertacitas a los dos lados del pantalla del radio. Estas llaves de cinco lados se puede comprar por internet si no tiene llave que quepa.
Lleva el 'serial no.' y su papelaria de dueño al Agencia BMW. Ellos pueden encontrar tu codigo en su computador. The dealer will want to see proof of ownership of the car so they know that you did not steal the radio or the car. If the dealer tries to charge you to look up the code, try another dealer. Most dealers in the US won't charge you, but a few will try.
