Anything is possible,if radio is out and you bang it and it works or stops then it has a dry joint or a cracked printed circuit board

My 2007 chrysler 300 radio makes a popping noise a d then sound stops after a while turn radio back on and sound is working

the speakers maybe blown out, there mite be a short in the system, the antenna maybe loose or have short in the connector, there a short in an electronic component in the radio, it also could be a grounding issue, when you hit a bump it looses it connection or the unit has short in the receiver and it cuts out the signal in the radio station, losing power some where, if i was you go to stereo shop or buy new radio, all the money you would spend looking or trying to repair would cost you a lot of money, troubleshooting, radio, speakers, wiring, shop supples, no warranty after wards,
good luck

Hit a bump in my 2011 Malibu and the radio fuse blew every time I replace it it instantly blows

Try unplugging the power to the radio. If it still blows fuses when you hit a bump, then the short is in the harness. If it doesn't blow fuses any more, then the problem is in the radio.
Hope this helps.

Hit bumps and lights will come on and go off or partial come on

dash lights are Park dimmer, adjust the dimmer it might have dead spots in the control try that.
the fuse blow is easy.
1: the brake light feed line is shorted. the fuse saved the fire.

there are only 2 ways (i have 4-5) to fix shorts.
1: look, inspect the the whole brake feed path (stop lights)
collision damage, pack rats eat it (we have em) or uhaul dudes hacked up your wiring for trailer usage/??? hitch /lights from H3LL>

2: did you know the old style stop lamps can short( brass shell)
replace them for $3
3: i use 2 ways to find this , and ohm meter on the circuit
with no lamps in socket, 0 ohms or near shorted, infinity good.
or i use my fancy current limited power supply and back feed
the lamp circuit , fuse pulled.
my power supply shows (set to 5amps) shows 5amps.
its short, with one eye on that dial
i pull all connectors on the brake feed line

bam this connector cut current to zero so the short of to rear.
i pull more, conns. bam, again. the soort is near left rear tail ight
omg, look here wire damage, howd i miss that/?
or trailer hacks right there....
there is another way.
some shops have a fuse Circuit breaker tool $5
it modifies a stock fuse for a CB. at 5amps
so same deal pull connectors to find short.
there is a 5 th way but the tools is very expensive called a TDR
its a short radar, that tells you how many inches away is the short.
(we had them in the military, i loved mine, true love )
it measure the speed of light (near). (joking,) but 1/2true.

I help my wife remover her shorts all the time.. Grin.

Dash lights and radio lights sometimes work or flicker when hit a bump. Any ideas?

Might be a loose battery cable. Just a thought. did see other post where you stated that you've disconnected battery several times. Hope you find/found a solution.

The center display for the audio/climate control/etc isn't working properly. All the info is there but it's almost impossible to discern.

You can try pulling fuse out for radio wait 1 minute or so reinstall see if radio clears up.Unfortunatly these days modern electronics can just go haywire. If dosent return to normal you have to bring to audio shop to see if its just a display problem or radio is shot.
