Question about 1991 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser
My Olds Aurora 99 A/C is blown
volume of air --good-- same as before--but not cold
I need to do the next steps in diagnosis------check the presence of the A/C gas in the low pressure system inlet by depressing the valve --and check and see if the central core of the compressor is spinning or not
Did I get the order of the diagnostics right ?
where is the comp located under the hood?--The engine belt looks connected to the alternator to me
I appreciate your help
Dr Nitin Pandya
THIS IS A SPECIALISED JOB do not play as its extremely dangerous and you will need a special machine to recharge the gas,the most likely cause is lack of gas which will be sensed by a sensor and stop the compressor from operating so as not to damage it with no gas for cooling and lack of oil circulating.
