Wheel noise

Check to see if anything is around wheel that could be touching wheel while driving. Make sure rim and wheel fender are clean of debris. Possible cv joint failure, but that makes a clicking noise.

Steering makes noise when full lock

Jack/Lift up the front, turn the wheel to either end while watching if there is any link that is coming in touch with the chassis. Also if the tyres are rubbing the mudguards-- specially if you have changed to different set- check this out. If all these arre looking fine the fault could be within the box, column or the rack. hope you get this right.

Wheel bearing maybe, if you just did your brakes, the heat sheild behind the rotor is probably rubbing, take the wheels off and spin the wheel and then look behind it, should be easy to find. I assume you did it the right way with pads and new rotors :).

Sounds like you have a cv joint problem, or the front brake pads are worn down to metal and rubbing against the rotor, also could be the wheel bearing. Better have it checked.

Noise coming from front of car

It sounds exactly like a wheel bearing problem. The right side its seems would be the problem. When you turn right it puts more pressure on the bad bearing making it louder. I would suggest replacing both. If on is gone the other one isn't far off. Hope this helps
