Question about 2001 Chrysler Concorde
From the driver's seat i can roll down the front two windows, but not the back. However i cannot roll up the driver's window nor the passenger window. the back two windows roll down and up by the door switches
If the passenger front window switch operates up & down correctly the left drivers side switch is bad and needs a replacement switch

SOURCE: passenger electric window
I think that what has happened with your vehicle, is that the master (driver control) switch has become defective....If you have a friend who is good with electronics you may be able to ask for help in getting it fixed....otherwise a new unit is needed.

You should have 2 main wires going to the motor. Reversing the polarity should make motor wind opposite way.Sometimes when testing, if necessary, I'll use a 12VDC battery from a cordless drill as a test. Even a 14.4 volt will work. You may have to remove door panel to see which 2 actually go to that motor.

replace the switch. They have parts made of plastic pressing on the contacts softing these babies up making them useless in a few years

It is possible the motor is going and cannot lift the window i also had a similar issue. Pull the panel and watch and listen see if anything happens when you try to roll it up or down let me know what happens
