Question about Toyota Camry
Ask your mechanic to check the light bulb sockets and see if they are shorting out, if it set in damp weather it is possible for the lead on the bulbs to corrode and short out like your talking about, and have him check that all the springs in the bulb socket are still good and the rubbers are not worn out or shorted from one side to the other. a two lamp bulb looks like this on the back side 00 and it is made of lead solder and can vibrate and flatten out and cause it to short out and give you the same problem you are speaking of, I have found this on a few dozen cars and the older they get the more prone they are to have that happen. and as for the vibration you may have a tire that went bad have them rotated and balanced, it's worth a shot,
