Hi Thundergod, Thanks for responding so quickly. I think the fan is working. My car does not overheat; however I have not paid close attention. I was surprised to see that there was no fuse in the box under this particular heading. Any thoughts?

If the fan is operating and you are not having any problems leave well enough alone!!

Without seeing it, I'd guess that there was a change in design and the fuse has been moved elsewhere, or a technician re-located it because of some problem. Many fuse panels have open ports it is easier to do that than to re design existing stock. Most important is that whatever system you have, it's working!

2014 nissan murano 12v power outlet at Center console and Cargo Area not working.

The fuse for the console outlets is a 20 amp fuse #33 in the fuse block. There is a relay involved and a 10 amp fuse for the control side of this relay. It, the fuse, is #19 in the fuse block. Check both fuses as either can make the circuit not function.

Fan relay location in fuse box?

It depends on if you have the coupe or 4 door sedan as to a location. In the coupe I didn't see a relay but I did however see a fuse for the radiator fan in the engine compartment fuse box/power distribution center. The fuse I am talking about is in the number 2 position in that box (see picture off layout below). If it's the sedan I did see both a high & low speed radiator fan relay as well as a 40 amp fuse for the radiator fan. The high relay is located in the number 35 position and the low is in the number 34. the 40 amp fuse is located in the number 12 position in that same box (see picture of layout below). These are also in the engine compartment fuse box/power distribution center. I hope this helps and good luck,

The radiator fans in my 1996 Plymouth Vogager is not functioning. The 40 Amp orange fuse for "radiator fan" in the power distribution center is in perfect shape. Is there any other fuse or relay to check...

Check the fuse box under the hood and under the dash, find the cooling fan relay or fuse. Sometimes there are relays mounted to the fan shroud itself. little black square plastic relay 1"x1" roughly. Look inside cover of fuse box for location or owners manuel. Check or replace the relay(s). Possible bad fan assembly though. Check for power.

Radiator fan fuse is fuse # 5 (40 amp/Green) located behind the interior fuse access panel on the left side of the instrument panel next to the steering column. Also, in the underhood Power distribution center, next to the air cleaner filter are two black fan relays: high speed (F) at the far left, second row down and a low speed, 1st one to the right on the bottom row.

Radiator fan not working

Hi. Check the bottom of the radiator or on the side, as you also have a temperature-sending switch. The switch must reach a certain temperature before sending a signal on to the fan relay.

The switch just screws into the radiator.

If you would like to contact me again about this or other problems, feel free to do so.
