Question about 1998 Honda Civic
In regards to the CEL codes 71-74 on my civic, What is the solution to fix?
You have a random misfire problem. probably causing the car to go into "limp mode" which causes the power loss. check your ignition timing, it is probably too far advanced. if that is not the problem you may need new spark plugs/wires/cap/rotor (ignition tune-up). but check the timing first.
