If there is no cold air at all, it is front a/c valve not working. This will damage the comressor. Go to a specialist. He will change the valve.

SOURCE: 99 Tahoe Front A/C blows warm rear A/C ice cold whats the problem

Would first establish if communal evaporator (cooling coils), hence possible blend door solution...
...or separate evaporator for front and rear as is found on some vehicles (if so then could have a plugged evaporator jet/orifice [the name escapes me at the moment])

What about on defrost, do you get the proper temperature in the front, if you do it is probably a blend door issue controlled by the blend switch or knob.

Most likely the Blend Door is broken, go to YOUTUBE and look up (year and model of car) blend door location, sometimes you can reach it with your and and move it manually.

When AC on and cold air from rear but not front is usually a blend door/heater box issue. You may have a non functioning blend door motor that controls hot/cold distribution of airflow

Air blows cold in rear but warm in front vents.

If it is cold in the rear, that eliminates the "freon" part of the system. (It apparently has enough freon and the compressor is apparently working.)

So that leaves you with a blend-air door problem on the front A/C unit. That may be a blend-air door actuator, a broken blend-air door, or a faulty control head. (Proper diagnosis required)

Front AC blows warm and the rear blows cold in my 99 Tahoe

I just worked through a similar issue with my van. The front and rear systems each have their own expansion valve. Chances are the front one is stuck and needs to be replaced. System will have to be evacuated and recharged.

there should be some aluminum lines under the truck on the rear of body, feel these lines with the a/c on, if they are cold then there is something wrong with your rear blen door, blend door is the door controling the cold or hot desire position, sometimes it is controled by vacium and sometimes it is electrical, if lines are cold what most likelly they will be then have the rear belnd door actuator inspect.

Yukon A/C, rear blows cold, front ducts a LOT warmer.

There is only one A/C system split into 2 zones. Check the blend door actuator, it may have failed in one position or something may be jamming it. Also check the control panel in the dash, My 98 yukon did the same thing, no matter what temp you selected for the front it would blow at about 70 degrees. There is a circuit board in the control panel that gets corroded and one of the circuits controls blend door operations. Have a look.
