If there is no cold air at all, it is front a/c valve not working.This will damage the comressor. Go to a specialist.He will change the valve.

Would first establish if communal evaporator (cooling coils), hence possible blend door solution...
...or separate evaporator for front and rear as is found on some vehicles (if so then could have a plugged evaporator jet/orifice [the name escapes me at the moment])
