Any leaks in intake or exhaust upstream of the sensors, sparkplug condition and engine controls/sensors for out of range operation (including fuel pressure and condition of regulator)
IAC should be cleaned and checked as this can cause poor idle and shut down. I'm not saying not to change O2 sensors, but unless everything else if OK, it probably won't help.

1995 jeep grand cheerokee laredo 6 cyl. randomly dies then takes anywhere from five minutes to hours to restart

The only component I know of, that shuts a Jeep off while idling or driving 40mph down the road, is a bad crank sensor. Usually when it starts going bad, it will sporadically shut off, like yours does. Eventually, it will just die and the Jeep will not start at all. Have it tested and replaced, if necessary.

Wher is the ignition control module located in a jeep grand cherokee lorado

6 or 8 cylinder? Either way the computer (ECM) controls the coils. 6 cyl has a 'coil rail' and 8 cyl had individual coils on each cylinder. There are crankshaft and camshaft sensors that tell the ecm when to fire each cylinder

97 Grand Cherokee larado dies when you slow down or are stopped. Some bucking/stalling when driving it. We have replaced trottle sensor and igination coil; change air filter; but we did just install a new...

The ac compressor does put an additional load on the engine.
Any minor problem with performance can be amplified with the ac on.
I would check fuel pressure and look at the idle air control valve.
Also check the computer for trouble codes.
Both 6 and 8 cyl engines use a cap rotor and wires arrangement, so it wouldn't hurt to make sure those components as well as the spark plugs are in good working order.
The bucking on the road and stalling at stops could be two different issues.

I have a '97 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0 liter that won't idle

Check your throtle postition sensor. It monitors what postion the throtle is at and sends that info to the ecm. It will go bad and cause that problem.

1990 Jeep Wrangler: Dies out at low RPM's, at stoplights, backfire

I had a very similar problem with a 1990 Wrangler with the 4.2L six - Carter carburetor. Another website suggested checking the idle tubes in the carburetor that turned out to be my problem. One indication is that if the curb idle is set way up to keep the engine from dieing, adjusting the idle screw does nothing (no idle fuel is being supplied). To clean the tubes, it is possible to remove the top or air horn component of the carburetor without removing the carb from the engine. Some linkages have to be removed and some hoses disconnected. It is a little tricky but can be done. A book such as Chilton's is good for some guidance. The venturi cluster can then be removed from the main body (still on the engine) by removing a couple of screws. The two tubes hanging down from the venturi cluster are the idle fuel pick-up tubes. I could see these to be clogged at their lower end. There was also a lot of gunk at the bottom of the wells they draw from. I cleaned the tubes with some fine wire, compressed air and solvent. I also cleaned inside the wells as best that I could. Getting the air horn back on is a little tricky - mainly getting the metering rods reset into the metering jets (the two brass rods that hang down from the air horn body. This is facilitated by removing the bowl vent cover and manipulating the tops of the brass rods until they drop into the metering holes. Another option is just to get a carb overhaul kit and remove the whole carb and rebuild it according to instructions. I will probably do this eventually but have fixed it for now.

Have your oxygen sensor checked, one of the symptoms of a faulty oxygen is an up and down idle.

02 jeep grand Cherokee 6 cyl seems to idle too high. When stopping ,vehicle wants to keep pulling forward and have to apply brakes harder to stop vehicle. Very troublesome in snowy conditions.

check for vacum leaks using a spray bottle of water  when the idle frops you found it  if water wont work try starting fluid or carb cleaner  if useing these the idle may increase  when you find it  replace/repair the hose and see if its still happending  could also be a combination of things  idle speed control motor idle air control motor  mass air flow sensor  good luck
