I had a similar problem on my 2000 honda and while my fix might not work for you I would at least check a few things.

First off depending on the blower setting (such as defrost, feet, mix, etc) those middle vents will not turn on. In defrost mode the outside vents will work and not the inside ones. (sorry probably obvious)

In my car I found the the little plastic diverter in the vent had managed to detach from its track and was permanently closed, so when I opened up the vent it was just a matter of snapping that piece back into its track and then it worked.

The only other thing I would check would be to see if the air 'feed' pipe (or whatever you call it) is still connected, in my old toyota it was above the passengers side foot area (kinda behind the glovebox) at one point it had slipped off its connection and just needed to be re-seated then I put a pipe clamp on it.

If it does not seem to the an electrical issue then it is likely going to be some kind of mechanical failure. I would also consider checking your air filter under your hood and make sure its clean. These systems are primarily mechanical and fairly simple on Hondas (unlike bmw, audi etc...)
hope this helps :-/

SOURCE: 2005 Honda Pilot Rear Air

the blower for the rear air has a screen that like screen in your clothes drier or the screen on your hair drier will get loaded up with lint and junk. it is a bit of a pain to access, you have to remove the right hand kick panel on the driver's side and then you could see the screen. good luck.

SOURCE: In my 1998 Honda Accord Lx the hot air does not

In my 1998 Honda Accord Lx the hot air does not come out of the heater2_bing.gif vents in the floor, the same is true for cold air in the middle vents on the dash. The side vents on the dash work fine.

Air conditioner

sure.

what is your goal hot air, you never said,

got full fan speed? on high>? sure.
got full engine coolant heat 180F or more holding??? if not all is lost.
if car has a heater core water valve is it open>?
are the 2 heater core water tubes both fully hot,(hand test)
yes> good.
now you need air flow through the core (heater)
that means the damper most be open,, is it?

in that order. (heat)
the dampers on hondas can be complex. (10x on electric damper motors , aka, damper actuators)
see part 5 and 6 here
http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/jsp/mws/prddisplay.jsp?inputstate=5&catcgry1=ACCORD&catcgry2=2002&catcgry3=2DR+EX&catcgry4=KA4AT&catcgry5=HEATER+UNIT

the fSM covers the complex tests of dampers, and not having
a real FSM makes this near impossible.
why , because your dampers are no like anyothers on earth.
other cars use different types. and are all unique .
unlike CABLES
unlike vacuum servos.
see>?

here are the basics for heat.

03 honda odyssey no wam airflow through overhead vents but cold blows strong

You mean turn on heat but get Only cold air ?
Is it front heater work and hot?
If so. The heater hose to the rear core is plug. Need to flush it from both direction and make sure is full of coolant (Water).
You should be good to go.

Why my window is fogging whe i turn the heater ?? i recently bought my toyota carina 3 model 1994 but the window is fogging , what should i do?

Make sure the vent system is set to draw air from outside. If it is set to recirculate the same air that's inside the vehicle without drawing fresh air from outside, the resulting humidity that builds up inside the vehicle can fog the windows even when you run the defrost. You can also try opening the windows a bit to get some more air moving inside.
If it still fogs when the vents are set properly, you may have a leaky heater core. The heater core is a small radiator that is located under the dash that the heater system blows air through to heat the inside of your car and provide heat to defrost the windshield. The fog may be coming from the heater core leaking hot coolant steam that's being circulated through the defrost system. If this is so, you will need to replace the heater core.

Heater in 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 blow cold air out of vents on driver side and warm air on passenger side when turned to heat. What could be possible cause?

Not sure about your dodge, but on hondas there is a lever under the driver side vent to allow fresh(outside air) when its cold out, it will be cold, even with the heat on inside, so check to see if your has that lever somewhere on that side...hope that helps

1994 Honda Accord heater nor A/C will not blow air

if your not getting any air coming out of the vents then your problem is your blower motor. test the wire harness to see if its getting power,if it is then your blower motor is bad if its not getting power then check your relay.
