Question about 2006 Cadillac CTS
In our 2006 CTS the front passenger seat belt keeps locking at the buckle. It makes it absolutely impossible to move or adjust while in the seat buckled up because it gets SO tight and won't adjust. I have to actually unbuckle it to do anything. Is this normal?? We were sold the car on the premise that the buckle just needed replaced and would be done under the warranty. Now we were told "that is just how it is" and that we would have to deal with it. I'm tired of the run-around, so I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem or is aware of this?? Thanks!
Seat belts are never repaired, you will need to replace it,and no have never seen a complaint about this problem, there may be a recall but only the dealer would know that, it goes by the VIN of your car.
