Question about 1999 Buick LeSabre
My factory remote for my buick skylark worked when i got it but then stopped working all together. i put new batteries in it and it still didnt work. is there a way to reset the remote or anything to get it working again?
If the reprogramming worked GREAT! But on my 1999 LeSabre I had to pull the circuit board out of the remote, and clean the contacts and the carbon (?) pucks in the buttons with rubbing alcohol and a pencil eraser. The contacts on the circuit board were covered in a black goo.

Yes you can try to reprogram the remote you will need a paper clip open it up and bend it i a U shape then find your diagnostic connector inside driver side of car use the paper clip to jump between pin #8 and pin #4 i will send you the picture in a minute get in the car and close the doors turn the key on but do not start the door looks will lock then unlock then you hold the lock button and the unlock button at the same time for 3 seconds to program wait 30 more seconds before getting out and the lock should cycle again if they do you are programmed if they dont you have a bad remote
