Question about 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe
05 Santa Fe, it seems after its been sitting unused for a couple days, starts up fine then you start to drive, RPM hits 3000 and it just stays there, step on the gas nothing, put it in neutral step on the gas nothing. Turn the car off let it sit for a while and it runs like new. Mechanic hasn't been able to see the problem everytime he's in it it runs fine, anyone knwo whats going on? Thanks
Seems like engine goes to "save run" mode. the reason why is stored in the onboad computer usualy. have someone read that error code with an OBD interface, and act accoringly to that code.
