"when i drive up to 65 miles and when i brake my steering when vibrating. What could the problem? i got 92 lexus es300 V6 3.0L"

i assume you meant, when you apply the brakes at 65mph your steering wheel " vibrates " or shimmies.

If that's what you meant, there could be several reasons, including:
Warpped brake rotars, Bad break shoes, have these inspected / replaced as needed. power sterring issues.
More serious problems include:
bad joints, loose rotars, power sterring housing.

Best bet: Have your local dealer / reputible mechanic look your vehicle over, don't be shy, tell them exactly what your problem is.

I would have to disagree with murphybanton, after thinking about it more, i would doubt is a brake pad / issue, you would hear them gind if they were serious enough to cause vibrations., i would also have to disagree with wheel balancing as the issue, if this was the case your vibration problem would be constant, and get more profound and less profound as you increase / decrease your speed.

The Rotor solution makes the most sense as they will only cause the vibration effect when brakes are being applied.

Your car has front disc brakes, the disc's are running out of true, as u apply the brake this causes the steering wheel to shake, the higher the speed the more u feel this, the solution is to have the front brake disc's machined true again on a brake lathe or if they are to thin replace them.

This is a brake pad problem and also run a wheel balancing too.

Good luck you noticed on time.

i would suspect somewhere in your front end you have a compliance bushing with excessive movement. these cars front ends depend heavily on these style bushings, and as they wear you can start to see tire wear patterns, looseness in steering, and high speed vibration. make sure you have the front end inspected by a shop that is familier with these types of cars. good luck!

Premature tire failure on 2007 Lexus GX 470

I don't know what 'cupping' is. If you mean wear, then it is probably down to having incorrect tracking set on the car. Go to a garage and get the toe out checked. If your tracking is out, you will wear the edge of the tyres. Over inflation will cause the centre of the tyre to wear, and under inflation will cause the outer and inner band of the tread to wear.
The vibration may be caused by the loss of wheel weights. Maybe knocked off by hitting a kerb which also may be the cause of the tracking being out. Driving over a deep pot hole in the road can have the same effect.

Vibrating

1. The wheels are not balanced. (Go for wheel balancing and alignment)

2. Check your brake system (pads etc)

Good luck.
