Blinker stopped working, but the hazard lights still work - I think it's a blown fuse but how and where do I fix the fuse

My blinker stopped working in my 1998 Chrysler Sebring lxi, but the hazard lights still work so I think it's a fuse, I just don't know which one or how to fix it.

    blinkers, hazzard lights and radio stop working.All fuses were good.

There is 2 different flashers. One flasher for the turn signals and one flasher for the hazards. If you turn on the turn signals and the turn indicator on the dash lights up but doesn't blink, then most likely it is the turn signal flasher that is bad. Good luck.

My son took out a fuse that turned off my signal because I was having problems with one of my signals not working and the right flasher only blinked . when he took the fuse out I thought he removed it from under the Hood somewhere. He handed me a red fuse #10 and it stopped the blinker from flashing. He doesn't remember doing that. Once I noticed the fuse he gave me was blown I bought another and went under the hood to replace it .There were no empty spaces to put the fuse. I need help locating where this fuse came from I have a 1998 sebring

I have the same problem and i checked all the fuses and they are all fine i think the flasher is bad and i dont know where its located. the only way to find a bad fuse is to check all of them until you find it.

How can i fix the problem blinkers & hazards don't work


If both the blinkers and hazards are not working, check the fuse block for a blown fuse. Also see if your running and brake lights come on. If they do, and there is no blown fuse, try replacing the flasher unit, usually located either near the fuse block or in the glove box area.

Why does hazard fuse keep blowing


There might be a short-circuit somewhere between the fuse box to the light.
I think that somewhere in that region is a wire that touches the body of the car, or something like that.
The body of the car is (most of the time) the mass (the negative of the battery).

For me, it could either be the wire from the fuse box to the light (maybe the rubber coating is damaged?), either the mounting stock of the light bulb (often the problem in household lamps), or the fuse holder which touches the body without any insulation.

Parking lights only work in reverse


First off locate the fuse panel and make sure there are no blown fuses and make sure there are no blown bulbs on the exterior lights. If there are no problems there then the problem more than likely lies within the steering column itself. Unless you are mechanically inclined, I suggest you take the vehicle to a shop to have the steering column repaired.

HELLO- LOOKING FOR THE HAZARD LIGHT FUSE TO REPLACE ON MY VAN. MY BLINKERS STOPPED WORKING AS WELL. WILL THIS POTENTIALLY FIX THE PROBLEM


if the fuse is blown it will fix the problem, but it might be the blinker unit is faulty & needs to be replaced, you should find it under the dash on the drivers side,it may be a square or round unit with a connector plug on the top, the fuse should be in the fuse box under the hood or under the dash.......hope this helps.......cheers.

My 1997 dodge intrepid blinkers and hazards don't work


Hopefully not the most likly cause is that the new front lights aren't hooked up or the front bulbs are out. A hard shake to a light bulb will make them fail and the running lights can still work. Try the lights on hazard flash and look at all of the lights any bulbs that should flash that don't should be changed. but if none of them work we'll have to look deeper as the fuse for turn or hazard could be blown. After any kind of crash all the lights need checked as any numbewr of them could be knocked out

Blinkers just stopped working changed fuses didnt work


Do the hazards work? Is it all the blinkers? If so try the flasher fuse otherwise make sure the hazard switch isn't half pressed down. Some cars you can hit the hazard switch just a little so hazards won't come on but neither will the blinkers. If it's just 1 blinker change the bulb
