If the bolt itself is broke try getting it off with a pair of vice grips if the bolt sticks out enough otherwise you could take it to a welding shop and have them weld a nut onto the bolt so you could get it out and go to the dealer and buy a new one.

2005 Chrysler Town and Country Touring rear defroster light comes on but no power to rear defroster

If there is no power at either connector on the window the first place I would look is the harness that goes in between the hatch and the body. It is pretty common for the wires to break in that area.

    Remove Old Mirror
  1. 1 Open the side door to the Chrysler Town & Country, and find thescrew that holds the side mirror molding in place.

  2. Take the screw out and remove the molding panel that attached around the outside of the power mirror.

  3. Remove the bolts connecting the mirror to the door assembly. If equipped, unplug the power side view mirror wiring harness connector.

  4. Unplug the electric connectors, and pull the mirror out of the molding.
