Question about 1990 Ford Bronco
My problem is that in my 1990 full size ford bronco the E40d trany will not shift into high gear only manualy from first to second
There are no vaccum lines on an e4od. i am having the same problem and have changed mine out already and still have the prob. i read on full size bronco dot com that it may be due to a sensor in the alternator. I am going to try that next. another site said something about By the way I now have an extra e4od ****** for sale.

Sounds like a bad trans.
could be a shirft modualter which is vaccumm controlled.
check that before taking the trans out.
