Question about 1991 Toyota 4Runner
The cars speedometer has been going crazy for a while now and just
today it felt like it may have gone into neutral while driving it today.pulled
over and put it into second gear to drive home then had to pull over again.shifted back into drive and seemed to drive normaly the rest of the way home and the speedometer worked normaly .Has been leaking transoil. The trans oil has never been changed.
Could the speed sensor be causing this problem ?Will changing the oil help?or is it something majorly wrong?
Any help with this problem will be greatly appreciated.
Change oil and the pan filter inside the tranny be carefull to keep the pan clean when replacing
