If you have power at the bulb end of the wire you must have a bad earth or a blown bulb

In my 2007 Honda Civic the heat turns off when I turn my lights on. As well my blinkers are work but don't make any sound and the left one is constantly lit up. Any suggestions as to what it could be?...

I would check the relays in the fuse box and power distribution panel; some relays are double controllers that operate different electrical components; check their resistance values or check for continuity. You'll meed either a digital or analog multimeter that has a continuity and/or Ohm scales.

Horn do not work what is the problem in honda civic ex 2000

if the fuse and relay is fine then check the horn itself. with someone pushing on the horn button check for power at the wire on the horn you should have power if not it could be a broken wire from the horn back to the relay. also check to make sure the horn has a good ground. if you do have power chances are the horn itself needs replacing. sometimes the horn pad goes bad, but that rarely happens.

Turn signal relay buzz

Relays buzz when they are not getting enough power either due to a power wire with a high resistance in it or a ground with the same problem, check the harness manually to see if you can find a loose or corroded conecter or ground point.

Dashboard wont light up

So, this is not a 2000 Hyundai Sonata? I used to own a 2000 Honda Civic and I believe those lights get power from a fuse inside the fuse/relay panel located on the driver's side under the dash. Check all your fuses. If all fuses are good, you've got a wiring problem - check for power & ground at each bulb. Obviously, if you don't have power to them, it's a power distribution/wiring issue. If you do have power to them but no ground, it's still a wiring issue.
