Superchargers are very cool stuff, but they are very expensive to buy, difficult to maintain and if the engine is not in top notch condition and specially prepared for the extra cylinder pressures likely you will blow it up shortly after installing it. I used to build blown fuel engines and know what goes into them, and what happens to them (even the most expensive and best prepared have short lives.) Granted a street unit wont make the boost I'm familiar with but the result is the same. So, even if you can find a kit somewhere, be prepared to own a pile of scrap metal shortly thereafter...

How to remove and install a supercharger in a 96 mazda millenia I have found a used on and need to know how to remove and put back on car

The supercharger is bolted to the engine and driven by the fanbelt ,with a pipe in from the air filter and then a pipe out to the inlet manifold ,so after finding how to slacken belt adjuster its just a simple job to unbolt the supercharger ,but i have never done one on this model so i couldnt tell you what and where the bolts are .sorry to let you down but i havent worked on every car made .

2000 mazda millenia pulled oil through the air intake and started smoking, why?

could be excessive "blow by". oil may be getting past the rings on the pistons.

Mazda millenia problems

here are a few problems to look out for:

Check-engine light: Check engine light comes on due to carbon buildup on the exhaust valves of 2.5L engine. (1995-02)

Engine noise: Some engines make a metallic tapping noise requiring a new friction-gear spring on the camshaft. (1995)

Headlights: The headlight drain hoses can get kinked by the aiming screws causing fogging. (1995-96)

Keys: It may be hard to turn the ignition key because the steering shaft is not positioned correctly. (1995)

Steering problems: The steering wheel may be off center requiring adjustment of the tie rods. (1995). You can also have a look at the following website where some owner have given their opinions on owning one. http://www.carsurvey.org/reviews/mazda/millenia/r68654/comments/

How to fix the tilt steering.. won't go down even when you push the auto button. My heated seats ain't workin either..(driver & passenger seat)

Most often, the stuck steering wheel is a result of a faulty 'tilt relay switch.' If you attempt to use the tilt switch and you can hear a clicking/whirring noise, then its your relay switch, if not, it may be the motor that is broken.

Engine size problem

There were 2 engine choices in 1998. A 2.5 liter 170 HP V6 on the standard and premium model, and a supercharged 2.3 liter 210 HP engine in the S version of the Millenia. So, if you have an S you have a supercharged 2.3 liter, if not, you have a 2.5 liter.
