Question about 2003 Chevrolet Suburban 1500
2003 CHEVY SUBURBAN 1500: A/C MAKES A RACKET UNDER ACCELERATION. STILL BLOWS COLD BUT NOISY AS H#$&. CAN THE CLUTCH BE REPLACED WITHOUT RECOVERING FREON OR DOES THE ENTIRE COMPRESOR AND CONDENSER NEED TO BE REPLACED. PLEASE HELP THIS IS MAMA'S VEHICLE AND SHE AIN'T HAPPY. THANKS. DR. C3H8
It sounds as if the Bearing is out on the A/c compressor you can just replace the bearing and save a lot of money but you need the right tools to do this to get your air gap set right on the clutch again i suggest takeing it to a shop you can trust for the repair
