No, especially when the car is cold just after starting. I would say your coolant temperature sensor has failed. Details here, p 282, 314

I have a 93 camry V6.the other day I thought my car had ran out of gas so I went got gas but then ten minutes later it acted like it again. I thought it was my O2 sensor but now when I push my gas it...

Sounds like it overheated and blew a head gasket or cracked a cylinder head. The causes could be a bad thermostat, non-funtioning cooling fan, coolant leak, clogged radiator or missing fins on the outside of it.
Check the oil dipstick to see if there's white milky sludge in the oil pan, if so the bearings may have been damaged also.

replace the IAC valve (idle air control valve)!! This is located below the throttle body, usually grey colored with a wire harness connected to it. This sensor controls air flow through the intake, if dirty or sticking it will cause stalls. Also check if all hoses and vacuum lines are tight and not leaking.

1992 toyota camry v6 le boggs down on acceleration

It sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. Your car should normally idle at about 700-750 RPM. You said that yours was at about 1000-1500, that is waaay to high. If you have a leak somewhere in the system the car will draw in extra air and it will want to idle much higher and will also be very erratic and hard to drive.
