You probably hit one of the veins on the squirrel cage, mounted on the fan motor. You might be able to take the fan out and straighten these, to get the vibration out, if not you'll have to replace the whole fan. Good luck. I hope you can straighten it and don't have to replace.

2002 grand caravan blower motor intermittent replaced resistor

in review
the fan speed resistor is new
you bench tested the blower motor
12 volts test ..only runs it at full speed
if cabin filer want changed the blower motor would run hotter

could be the motor brushes or bush/motor bearing when slowed
you might want to inspect the brushes and clean the dust out of the motor
if no better
does that have climate control ?
might be the fan switch itself or the earth isnt so good

Clicking noise coming from the heater blower motor

if you car is equipped with cabin filter to filter the air entering the blower right, blower motor can be touching to sides of its housing since its bearing is broken.

if no cabin filter, probebly you have leaves or small pieces of wood coming from trees. those are touching to the surface of blades of fan inside blower motor housing.

How do I remove A/C blower fan. Seems there's a dead mouse in duct work / fan area.

There is a cabin filter before the blower/duct work. once you lower the glove box you will see the access panel. Remove the panel and the cabin filter will be behind it. Critters can only get as far as the filter and if the filter has never been changed it is probably really dirty and has its own ecosystem growing on it.

2004 Honda Accord A/C Blower Motor Make Noie !!!

When you hit the fan, one or more of the fins got bent, this will cause it to spin out of balance. The only way to fix this is replace the fan.

No heat. Fan blows cold air.

I think u may have an air temperature control blend door problem, the door is moved by a small electric motor, it is stuck in the cold position.
