Question about 1992 Plymouth Grand Voyager
I have a 1992 grand voyager.....i can drive it about 10-15 miles and it shuts down on me, once it gets to normal running temp......when it dies it wont start back up for a few hours...then back to shutting down after about 10 miles....i noticed my radiator fan was'nt working...would that be the prob???..........THANKS
Your radiator fan is switch on by the coolant or the engine coolant temperature sensors. you need to unplug your coolant temperature sensor and bypass the sensor task to make the fan turn on. just to make sure the fan is working. your van problem is mostly sensors failure.
I like 2 help u . please write back,,,

Yes, the engine gets hot and has a shut off to protect it from overheating to badly. Repair the fan and see if the problem is corrected. If not please let me know. Thanks
