Question about 1989 Cadillac Sedan DeVille
I have a 1989 Cadillac Deville and I need a new battery, but I don't know what kind to get. Can you help me?
You can buy a battery at an autoparts store or even some department stores which feature autorepair (walmart, sears) or even some shopping clubs (BJ's). Batteries become more expensive as you go from 48 months to 60-72 months and so on.
Look for a battery which has at least 800 cold cranking amps. Wherever you buy the battery will have a catalog to ensure the new battery fits your car. Take a quick look under the hood to see where the battery posts are positioned. i.e. POS right front, POS left front, POS left back This will make things easier when installing the new battery. I hope this answers your question. Best of luck.
