Switch is located under the dash and is either on the brake pedal or inline with the brakepedal... either has a clip or is screwed in...

The brake light switch is located on the lever that the brake pedal is attached to, near the top. U will need to pull the under dash hush panel off to get at it.

Where is the fuse located for the heater on a 1998 Chrysler concord?

Locate the fuse panel (in a concord, it's probably on the driver's side of the vehicle) on the side edge when you open the door. It could also be under the dash near the floor board of the passenger side. Each fuse panel will have a diagram showing which fuses belong to which systems in the car.

Not really familiar with the vehicle but 'brakelight switch' or wiring to it, could be faulty..normally located beneath or above your brake pedal,.

1999 chryler concord interior light stays on

Do you have a dimmer switch for interior lights and dash lights that is turned all the way on? You may also be able to turn them all the way off. My chrysler is a van and the dimmer switch is a wheel that rolls vertically.

The rear brake lights are staying on when car is off and brake pedal isn't applied.I replaced brake switch and disconnected the multifunction switch. They remain on.What is causing them to stay on?

The tricky part about replacing the Stoplight switch is positioning it perfectly - the bracket holding the switch must be in the right place (unbent), and the large nuts mounting the Brake light switch to the bracket must hold the switch at just the right distance from the flange on the brake pedal which actuates the brake light switch - or else the switch will think that the pedal is being depressed even though its not.
One problem that comes up is that these brackets may get bent
over time (especially with panic stops and/or collision(s) in the history of the vehicle), and the automotive electrician must then unbend metal to properly install a Stoplight switch.

Here's a picture of the Stoplight switches used in 2003 Grand Ams:

My brake lights won't turn off. even when vehicle

Sounds like either your brake pedal switch has somehow gotten misaligned or gone bad. Look at the top of the brake pedal and find the switch. When you push in on the brake pedal the upper part of the pedal should contact a movable button on the switch and move it either in or out (depending on which side of the pedal the switch is on). If you can see the switch contact being moved, and the lights still stay on, it sounds like the switch itself is bad.
