1st thing to try is to replace the oil sinding unit, if the problem percets then have someone install a manuel oil pressuer gauge to check the oil pressuer at hot idle if oil pressuer is less then 10 psi at hot idle then replace the oil pump.

Oil pressure is normal until it reaches200 degrees then oil presure drops to 10 pounds at an idle but give it gas and it goes up when its first started oil pressure is at 40 pounds until it reaches 200...

Oil pressure drop after reaching operating temp is normally caused by worn main bearings (depending on mileage).Worn bearings will allow pressure drop at idle and increase when accelerated above idle.

I changed the oil sending unit in my jeep now between 10 mph and 40mph the oil pressure is fine but accelerate over 40 and the oil pressure drops to 0

If you had no oil pressure problems before you changed the sender unit.Replace it again. What was the original unit doing wrong for you to change it?What happens when you rev the motor in neutral.Does the pressure drop?Have a look at what I said and get back to me if you need more help.
Hope this helps

The oil pressure is supposed to increase when accelerating and come back down when idling. Try replacing the fuel filter and see what happens but the oil pressure has nothing to do with it.

you may have a bad oil filter, the best check is to install an oilpressure guage to find out what the actual pressure is, or maybe you put in too light an an oil,

When car is cold oil pressuer is at 75 lbs when car is warmed uped it drops to 40 lbs (v6 3800) when warmed uped and give it gas it goes up to 60 lbs but when i stop it dropes to 45 lbs why is this please...

When the oil is cold it is thinner or watery and the pump moves more oil as it turns making the pressure go up. As the oil warms up it thickens and the pump moves less oil letting the pressure go down. Increasing the engine speed makes the pump turn faster, therefore it moves more oil and the pressure goes up. Changing oil grades will change the numbers somewhat, for example 10W40 will give you different readings than 5W30. I don't see any problem with the readings you put in your posting. I wouldn't be concerned until the warm idle pressure gets down to about 30 or a little lower. Hope this helps.

Oil light comes on intermittantly at idle RPM; off at higher RPM. Car was just in for maintenance and oil level appears to be OK.

Probably the engine bearings are getting a little worn. Using 10/40 instead of 10/30 oil will improve idle oil pressure as will replacing the oil pump and cleaning the intake screen. Make sure the idle speed is set correctly.

Low oil pressure

Your main crank bearings and crank cap bearings are probablly worn well above spec which means that the oil flow is going throught them to quick and your not getting resistance to build pressure which means you need a motor rebuild
