Question about 2002 Chrysler Town & Country
I hav a 2001 Chrysler T&C LXi 3.8L with a starting problem. It starts perfectly every 12th try. On the other 11, it just clicks the relay. It has a good battery and the starter sounds right. It does not improve with changing the gear selector to N or wiggling the wheel.

not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can
be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it
can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or
no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition
coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.

Also check manifold vacuum at idle the best you can hold an idle. I have run into timing belt being one tooth off and engine still ran fine. But the vacuum was low that's how I could tell the belt was a tooth off.
