do you have fuel pressure
do you have any spark at wires with special tool hei spark plug tester

run the fault codes
could be a problem crank/cam position sensor or bag ground wire connections

fuel pump in gas tank turn igniton to run position and
listen for fuel pump in tank sometimes if you hit the
tank with a rubber mallet in the middle vehical will
start

i have a 06 sierra that done the same thing and it was the distributer gear stripped

Check fuel and spark. Take a spark plug out and plug it in to the spark wire and attach to metal ground somewhere and have someone crank it up.If it spark its good. Disconnect the fuel line and see if fuel come out.No fuel come out check the fuel pump.

Sounds like a security problem that is preventing starting. It will run for a few seconds and then die.

If you have a coil pack on that .You have a crankshaft censer.Change the crank censer.
