If this is the case, your relay may be bad or the fuse is burnt up; the window motor may also be dying. Or, altogether, the window may just get jammed somewhere in the door. To better assess, read this handy, diagnostic article on your issue:

This should help!

you have to do that cycle 3 times, battery needs to fully charged.
Hood to stay closed, doors also(roll down the drivers window)
Kill the DRL headlights if possible(try putting the E-brake on)
Crank and leave key on,10 min or till light goes out, then key off,,no need to wait 5 min here, crank again.leave key on,,,,,3 times.
By the way, disconnecting the battery in that vehicle will not do anything like clear codes or memory, may need the radio code in the owners manual also.

the immobilizer might be stuck on, remove battery then go turn the ignition to number 2 for a few seconds then connect the battery make sure you put red lead on first then the black lead, then get in the care. it should have fob remote on this model so remove the fob off the keys. turn key to number to then press the fob buttons lock and open that should turn off the immobilizer, the doors should lock and unlock , then turn key back to 0. wait a second and then try to start engine. ,

try this first (cheapest remedy first) open the sunroof fully take key out of ignition shut all doors then put the key in drivers door and hold key over 30 secs to unlock car(windows will go down)then wait 30 secs.then put key back in drivers door and hold key over 30 secs to lock car, windows will go up and the sunroof will close.if the sunroof does not shut properly then we start with motor park switch.....

Wiper blades are in upright position when they pause on a venture van

the van you have has a clutching wiper park mechanism. there is a spring at the bottom of the assembly. it breaks as the van gets older, and when this happens the wipers stay up in the air. somepeople find this distracting. so they will have there mechanic realign this clutch so it only parks in the air during pulse wiper. the repair for this is to simply have your mechanic or even you if you are mechanically inclind to replace it yourself. remember though aligning it is very important for this system to work right.
this part is bolted to the motor and it is on the left side of the engine compartment, under a plastic cover that you will need to remove. you can get a new clutch assembly from your dealer. unfortunatly it doesn't come with instructions.

- to align this part start by turning key off and removing it from ignition
-no to remove old part. you will need 27T torx screw driver to remove the clutch and 5/16 socket to loosen the wiper arm latch.
-once they are removed from assembly use a hammer to lightly tap up on the part to remove it.
-before putting the new part on take the key and turn ignition switch back on. turn wipers to pulse. when motor stops moving for the pulse timer then turn off the key and remove it again. leaving the wiper switch alone, so the motor will stay in that palse position.
-now place the new clutch onto motor shaft so that the spring loaded clip at the bottom almost clips into the lip of its holder. the lip is a raised piece of steel to the left of the shaft.
-now the knob part of the assembly should be facing the drivers side. now bolt it into place.
-hookup the wiper arms and then turn key on
-turn wipers to low then off.

they should now park down at the bottom of the window.

I have a van and wont start

If it is an aftermarket alarm try this. Disconnect the battery. Put the ignition to run, reconnect the battery, and it should start. After it is running, finding the valet switch. Usually a small black button on the driver side panels. Push it and the alarm should sit in valet.

Key stuck, now new problem

There is a pin that goes thru the shift cable that is falling out. Above the window buttons pry the little plastic holder out remove the 2 screws take the plastic off of the sides of the console you will see a black plastic frame with holes in it I cut a larger hole between 2 of the small holes with a hack saw on the driver side. Put the car in neutral drivers seat all the way back pull on the shift button and you will see the pin pull it out with a pair of needle nose pliers. I put 598 black loctite sealant on mine and reinstall. Shift back to park if you can get the key out and the doors unlock you have the pin in the right spot and it is making both switches when in park. You can see if it is on the switches by looking thru the hole where the little holder came out. The pin sticks out about a 1/2" on each side. Good luck
