Question about 1995 Honda Civic
It sounds like one of your plug wires is arching in the head. Those plug wires go down into the head, through the valve cover and those seals around the valve cover in the top are notorious for leaking. They then get oil on the wires and cause them to arc, causing a miss under a load. Or if its not leaking oil on them you still just may have a bad wire. Good luck.
