you can confirm by removing the blower motor and looking at the resistor switch plug. there should be burn marks there on the back side of the switch or the plug at the motor. if there are no burn marks, that will confirm motor failuer.

Blower doesnt work on 1990 ford van e-150. I

most likely the blower motor! but could be the blower motor resistor! does it work on high setting? if so it is the blower resistor if not most likely the blower itself!

Heater blower switch does not work

check the fuses, one might be marked heater/ac or something like that. if all your fuses are good and you still have the same problem then you will probably have to replace the blower motor. on most cars you can replace the blower motor resistor and that's the solution to the problem. for your vehicle ford has chosen to make the resistor and motor all one unit so both must be replaced at the same time. no idea what it costs but it looks like you have to take the dash apart to get to it. if you can find one at a junkyard you might be able to swap parts out and get it to work again. hope that helps

You might have a bad speed selector switch, or your blower motor resistor is faulty.

A/c heater blower don't work

try to bypass and apply 12v to motor directly, this will tell you if it's the motor or the switch
