Question about 1992 Honda Accord
Well it depends what balancer you are pulling off. There are two, the dampening pulley that needs no special tools, and the actual balancer shaft gear right behind the dampening pulley which requires a puller. Both need the dampener holder tool. just a large hex insert that holds the pully in place so you can remove the bolt holding them on. You may need an impact wrench to take it off, and a torque wrench to torque it back to 159ft/lbs when you are putting it back on.

Not really special, but, you need a harmonic balancer pulley removing tool...Lots of larger parts store either loan them out or rent them. (if you buy one you may get to use it again in five years, unless you are a tech.) Why are you taking it off?
